Privacy Policy
What personal data Moss-Live collects, how voice calls are processed, and the choices you have
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what information Moss-Live ("we", "us") collects when you use our browser-based real-time AI voice chat, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, voice calls and call history.
Information We Collect
Account information. Your email address, name and avatar. If you sign in with Google, we receive these details from your Google account. If you sign up with email, we store your password in hashed form.
Credits and payment records. Your credit balance and a ledger of credits granted, used, refunded and expired, along with records of your purchases and subscriptions. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers; we receive only information such as the amount, plan, payment status and billing country.
Call metadata. For each voice call we record the time, duration, credits charged, the voice and the conversation mode used.
Call transcripts. When a call ends, the text captions of that call (what you said and what the assistant answered) are saved to your private call history so you can read or download them. Transcripts are deleted automatically 15 days after the call, or earlier if you delete them.
Checkout feedback. If you leave checkout without paying, we may show a short optional survey. If you answer, we store your answers.
Contact messages. Messages you send us through the contact form, together with the name and email you provide.
Usage and technical data. Basic information needed to run and protect the service, such as IP address, browser type and request logs, and, if you allow it, privacy-friendly analytics about page visits. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How Voice Calls Are Processed
While a call is running, audio from your microphone is streamed to a third-party AI voice processing provider so it can generate the spoken reply. Audio is streamed only during an active call. We do not store recordings of your conversations, from you or from the assistant. The text transcript of a call is stored as described under "Call transcripts" above.
If you write a custom setup for a call, that text is sent with the call so the assistant can follow it, and is not stored after the call.
The AI voice processing provider receives this data only to deliver the service to you.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and secure your account, including email verification.

Sharing Your Information
We share information only where needed to run the service:

Data Retention
- Account data is kept while your account is active.

- Contact messages and checkout feedback are kept as long as useful for support and improving the service.
- Conversation audio is not stored.
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login details private.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can download and delete your call transcripts from your history page directly. For anything else, email support@moss-live.org and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
International Transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
Children
Moss-Live is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
